Home Team Responsibilities

Pre-game

  • Field Smoothing
  • Water down field, if needed
  • Place one garbage can out
  • Place pitching machine out (Minor B only)

Post Game

  • Put pitching machine away (Minor B only)
  • Clean up dugout and surrounding area
  • Team parent responsible for assuring bleacher area is cleaned, garbage can is dumped & relined with new garbage bag.
Visiting Team Responsibilities

Pre-game

  • Chalking
  • Put bases out
  • Place one garbage can out

Post Game

  • Clean up dugout and surrounding area
  • Retrieval of bases
  • Team parent responsible for assuring bleacher area is cleaned, garbage can is dumped & relined with new garbage bag.

Pre-game Schedule
  • Smoothing & watering done by 40 minutes before game time
  • Chalking & bases done by 25 minutes before game time
  • Visitors pregame practice for 10 minutes starting by 25 minutes before game time
  • Home team pregame practice for 10 minutes starting 15 minutes before game time
