Comments: Just curious as to what HTLL has been up to. The website looks
GREAT. Tom, the kids (Jonathan, Spencer and Madison) and I have so many
wonderful memories of all the years we spent at "the diamonds". I really got a
kick seeing all of the old team photos. Keep up the good work!
keep up the good work Jeff! P.S. are first game in hanford we beat Lindin 17-8. are second game we lost to riverpark 6-0. are third game we lost to lemoore 10-3. it was a great ride for us.
These 9 & 10 year olds are a great bunch of scrappy ballplayers! Congratulations. This is an excellent web site. I'm glad to see you've included a history section.
A friend of mine asked me to take a look at your webpage after he returned home to New York from his childhood hometown of Stockton. Great to see kids still involved in Little League Baseball. I especially liked the video of B. Lujan's Grand Slam! He'll remember that Grand Slam for the rest of his life, and thanks to your website many of us in the baseball world can watch and enjoy his moment and remember how good that feels. I might just use that video as a training tool to remind players where they came from and to keep everything in perspective. Great Job to all of you that are involved. Thank you Hoover Tyler Great Job Brian, keep up the hard work, and
WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, MY FRIENDS!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 9-10 YR. OLD ALL-STARS, YOU GUYZ ROCK!!! HANFORD, LOOK OUT CUZ' HERE WE COME!! THANKS AGAIN, JEFF FOR ALL THE LOVE YOU HAVE GIVEN US ON THE HTLL WEBSITE. IT'S TOO BAD THE STOCKTON RECORD DOESN'T SHARE OUR ENTHUIASM & LOVE LIKE THE OTHER LOCAL PAPERS IN HANFORD & LEMOORE. GOOD LUCK, HTLL 9-10 YR.OLD DISTRICT 8 CHAMPIONS, BRING US HOME ANOTHER ONE IN HANFORD!!

Hey Jeff, Keep up the Great Work!! We do truly appreciate you taking the time to keep everyone up-to-date. However, our 9&10 yr.old Manager has been listed twice now as Laurence Held. Lorenzo Hidalgo is our Manager, w/Laurence Held & Rob Gildea serving as our Coaches. My son also goes by L.J. Hidalgo to eliminate any confusion w/his Dad. Thanks Again, We Love You Man!! P.S. I thought our final score against Morada last nite was 4-0?
We love keeping up with the GILDEA boys through this website. We used to be their neighbors and have since moved, but have enjoyed the play-by-play articles to know how they've been doing. Good luck Ryan!
Hello Webmaster, Hey, I know it must be nerve racking keeping up with all of these all star teams. Yet, just posting the score of last night's 11 yr. old all star game does not do it justice! The team won 15-13 in extra innings! Andrew Linebaugh went 4-4 with a single, two doubles, and a homerun, 4 RBIs, including the game winner. Bowe Merrin went 3-5 and Ian Lamond pitched the last two scoreless innings in releif. Probably a lot to post but it was truly a great game!
Good recap of the A's win. Thanks for posting the results of the all star tournaments. It makes it easy to keep up on the other teams. Good work!
Hi Jeff, I noticed that the scores have been in the paper but only for MORADA. What's up with that? I called the paper this morning and left a message for the editor to call Mark or me as to why ALL scores for all the divisions are not listed. They originally told me when I called that they no longer listed Little League scores, but I guess that wasn't totally true?
I enjoyed the play-by-play article on the Major A's TOC championship game. But the picture really says it all-smiles, hugs and celebration. Way to go champs!
yeah BOWE!!! congrats on making the all-stars!! you ROCK!!!! lol!!! :)
The site looks great. Right now I am trying to find out where HTLL is playing their first all-star game and can't seem to do so. I have looked at the District 8 site and no luck. Keep up the good work.
I am just a great aunt of Bowe Merin and enjoyed the web site immensely. I wish Alaska’s Little League would host such a wonderful site for our Little League players. It is a great tribute to the Little League players and their coaches and all the volunteers that make this happen. You are truly commended for such a great effort!
WHAT A GREAT A's. I was looking foward to going to T.O.C for Minor A but I didn't make it. Good Luck to you Major A. You need it.
Ronnie has always had a dream in one pocket and a scheme in his other pocket. Put these together and you have a great achiever. Great game Ron, you have a fantastic team. I am so proud of you, you are an awesome son! MOM
Great Website! Loved reading about the game. Congratulations A's!
Excellent Website. Great coverage on the A's and their two year run at the TOC. My sentiments exactly on the coverage by the Stockton Record. I looked each day expecting coverage, only to find nothing. Congradulations A's and keep up the good work.
Thanks Jeff!!!
Great website, thanks for putting so much time into it! We appreciate it!
Congratulations A's and congratulations Drew Mesa. I regret that I was not there in person to witness all of your accomplishments. There is no greater feeling than winning with your backs against the wall. This is something you will remember your entire lives. The website was great. Since I received the link from Drews dad I have been coming in every morning looking for updates. I almost felt like I was there with all of your detail. The Record is terrible, when I lived there I took the SF Chronicle with day old news.
Awesome job on the coverage, Jeff! Your well-written articles are better that what the Record would print anyway. Hoover Tyler is a class act organization and it shows in the player representatives that won the District 8 championship for two years in a row. The boys have learned to play well and fair from their coaches--Ron Clark, Rob Gildea, and Scott Merin. Thanks for teaching the boys that nice guys can finish first!
Great website!!!! Thanks for all you do for the kids.
Great job with the website and the tournament coverage. Congratulations to the A's again!
Webstite looks great as a first time browser. But really no information as to who to contact for questions for the novice parent looking to start their sons in this league.
Wasn't it just a few months ago you said you were new at this web stuff and we need to bear with you? Now that I maintain our leagues site, I guess I better get on the ball. Your sites are looking like you have been doing this for years. Some day I may have time to figure this stuff out. This is my first year maintaining our site. My friend Melanie at websitesbymelanie.com still does the designing for me while I am learning. Maybe I should take lessons from you. Great site Jeff. Contains all the information someone would need.
Hey Jeff! Great to see that Hoover-Tyler now has a WebSite. I was a Hoover-Tyler supporter for many years. I'm looking forward to reading the interview with Dal and Gran. I've got some info on Missing Board Member info, I'll forward it to you, okay! Jer
HI TO EVERYONE. I am Dallas Braden's grandmother. I heard about Dal being at your opening ceremonies. He told me after it was over. He really enjoyed being there. I would really like to see any pictures, if any one has any. I keep a scrapbook for him. His mom JODIE ATWOOD and I had a lot of really good times at Hoover Tyler. THANK YOU.
Peggy Lindsey
Webmaster's Note: If any of you have any pictures of Dallas please forward them to me and I will make sure Peggy gets them. It was a real thrill to have Dallas out at our opening ceremonies. Dallas and Peggy have agreed to let me interview them for our website. That will be coming in the near future. In the mean time, it is a thrill to have "our own" to root for at the Port's games and in his future endeavors. Jeff
Hi, I thought you should know that my In-Laws.. Paula and Lyle Burgess of Rare Parts Inc. donated $200 to HTLL. I have two players with you this year.. Ryan Somers-Burgess is Minor B and Lizzie Burgess is on her first T-Ball team. They are not on the list of sponsors so I was wondering if that was just an oversight or if maybe you never received the donation. Thanks...Christina Burgess
Nice Website! Your Umpire Clinics this year, including both the "classroom" and the "mechanics" portion, were very helpful in gaining a better understanding of officiating. Keep up the Gr8 Work! God Bless!
Wonderful website... just wondering who to call to find out about my sons team and when practices are. I could not find any contact info. on the website.
Great website. Just wanted to know when my son, Dominic, will be contacted for Minor B practice. Once again, terrific website. John Ravetti
Web site looks great, thanks for all your hard work & dedication. Now lets PLAY BALL!
As always, you're doing a super job Jeff! Nick's excited about playing ball for another year or possibly longer. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.
Hi Jeff-- Erin told me she ran into you last night and put me onto the website. It's beautiful and informative. I really like the lead story and we'll get a note off to the parents. I can't imagine what that's like. Good luck-- Dan Thiele P.S. I was President in the year in between.
Note: Dan was President of Hoover Tyler Little League from 1996 - 1998. He is currently a teacher at Franklin HS and heads up the IB program there. His wife, Erin, was also a super volunteer during their time at Hoover Tyler.
The web site is great! Kudos to all who worked on it! Can't wait for the season to start
Believe it or not, I heard about this league through a friend whose child plays babe ruth ball. He was impressed by the site and the message of sportsmanship and fair play which is the mantra to my daughters softball teams. I very happy to see my name (yes, my name really IS Hoover-Tyler)attached to such a great organization. It is credit to all the hard work and dedication of adults to keep youth organizations like yours so very necessary. As we've seen lately, we can't count on the prof. athletes to be role models. Congratulations ! WHT
i looks great jeff keep it up.when you are done it will be great.i was on the 2004 a's and 11-12 all stars.see you next year.

Very impressive! I really enjoyed looking at all the old team photos. Keep up the good work.
The website started out great and is now fantastic! It is very user friendly and easy to navigate! I hope it proves to be a well used tool this coming 2005 season. Keep up the great work, Thank you, The Peers family
Jeff, You ROCK… I see you got the fever (webmaster). I see that you are catching on to photo shop… Can’t wait to see the end results… Keep up the great job. Your Pal and friend, Kevin P.S. I See A H O L E Out there….. hehehe
